    even if its adult content , its not against google tos ,
    anyways thats not adult
    google only punishes those who use unfair methods to gain ranking in serps

    Yes, it is. Considering your using images that clearly are marked and copyrighted to another website. You cannot use copyrighted material on your web pages displaying AdSense ads.
