My blog about jokes has 0.30% in CTR. PLZ HELP!

    Hello, It has been a year and my blog about short jokes has less than 0.50% in CTR around 0.30% and 0.40% which is catastrophic for me, because I am ranked in high monthly searched keywords and the placement of ads is perfect.. I really do need to boost my CTR, what do you recommand for me to do to this short jokes blog? And thank you.
