I've just noticed 2-3 days ago , SERP from Bings has gone crazy , my sites which are on the 1st and 2nd range drop to 2-3 page , the new sites are up to first page . What is yours?

Yeah, there are changes. They're getting better at minimizing spam. But, personally, I believe there is more potential now since adding the longtail links and the "more on this page" feature to their SERPs.

They've been trying to optimize their algorithm recently especially for the upcoming merger with yahoo's search.

Were you getting enough traffic when your site was on 1&2 rank? I Hardly receive 8-10 clicks/month from bing.

Bing is always crazy with my site, often playing with my keywords. Need to work more on Bing.

Thats kind of weird. Well I think Bing is still adding millions of links to their database everyday, you probably just got outed by some of those new links that were just submitted/published on Bing.

If the rank drops continue for some time, attempt to build backlinks for your website as they would probably help in the long term process. Most websites ranking high on Bing have lots of links.
