    I use a formula to calculate commercibility..

    On Google I research..

    number of searches [exact phrase] X number of adwords advertisers / average ppc for position 3

    its very rough but gives you some idea of what people are willing to pay on adwords..

    then you just keep adding more values like number of competing pages etc etc..

    nice list though some have good LSI value.

    which have good value? almost all domains are 1k and + with estibot..but i don;t trust estibot
