My best way to reduce weight ( A must see for fat peeps)

    My best way to reduce weight is only one - water and fiber(vegetables).

    Every meal I drink 5 cups of water to fill up my stomach so that I wont be consuming more unnecessary calories. My diet consist of majority vegetables, they don't give cholesterol, fats, nor weight.

    Yep that's the reason, water and vegetables use up a lot of spaces in your alimentary canal, and after getting those in your stomach you wont be feeling like a carnivore.

    :)

    Edit: Also fruits, which is rich in vitamins.

    And, by doing this you dont have to skip meals and exercise!

    Yes those are very good tips, if you drink water before meal you will only eat little bit which is goof, like you said... fruits and veggies are yummy, so eat them too :D

    It also doesn't hurt to do a little jog or something after you eat at night so you burn it off since you will be going right to bed :)

    to add, fiber cereals are good too.

    but really, you need proteins and dairy man. don't stick to just one kind of food.
    you could eat regularly, but with smaller portions, and ofcourse, exclude fats, sugar, and junk food.

    I've started getting fit recently. I have lost 1st in the past fortnight which I am pretty happy about. I have improved my diet, but I think it is the 20ish hours I have been speding a week in the gym for the past month that has helped the most.

    Just slowly raise yourself to it, so do small stuff and then go to bigger stuff :)

    I have reduced my weight many times but never utilized this method. I drink lots of water although, beside that workout is also a good method and obviously you have to control your diet but that doesnt mean you start taking vegetables only.... :)

    Good tips, I should try drinking more water but I can't survive living off vegetables alone. I tried that once and was only able to keep to it a few days.

    Yep you need to follow a balance diet.So you can eat fruits and vege 6 days a week and meat 1 day.You need protein.
    FYI I saw many fat people who are complete vegetarian.
    IMO physical exercise is a must to reduce weight and to be fully fit(though I can't follow it but hope to do it :D)
