Nice color scheme, it really makes it look different from the usual directories that I see everywhere. Features like the links by pagerank and the article section at the bottom are a plus.

There's a minor spelling error under the science category: "Mathemtics"; you may want to fix it.

Very good design, unique directory. You've made an excellent directory!
It's something almost completely different from the casual directories.

What I'ld do myself, is also making sure when you hover the links in the side menus ("categories", "downloads", "related sites"), there's a line under it, just like the subcategories links at the homepage

I'm also positive about your articles part. Not all directories share nice useful articles
