My Best Business For Sale! $2,078 in the last 6 DAYS! $1,800 average Nov & Dec!

    URL: http://www.TheMillionDollarScript.com
AND A surprise domain & site (PR6) is being purchased shortly (in final
purchasing stages, more on that in the description)

    Age of site (months):

    3 months.

    Monthly revenue:

An average of $1,800 on October (I've only owned the site since October
23rd, but basically during all of October the site has generated roughly the
same amount, possibly $200 or so less), November and December. Closer to
the end of December (and up until now), we have had an incredible influx in
sales, mainly due to publicity that the MillionDollarHomePage.com has been
getting (if you haven't heard, it has hit the news recently since the site has
sold all 1,000,000 pixels - he's actually autctioning the last 1,000 pixels on
Ebay right now, and since that's on $23,300 with around 7 days left to the
auction, that's going to be hitting the headlines over and over for at least
    another 1-3 weeks).

Sales have been extremely solid in my 2.5 months of owning this business,
averaging at around $1,800 per month, with a major influx during the last 6
days ($2,078 in sales these last 6 days alone, and it should have actually
been more, except that January 1st of course only had one sale, as
opposed to multiple on any other day in the past 6).

    Monthly visitors & details:

Normally around 60-120 unique visitors per day, mainly from several ads and
links we have on a few sites, although a small amount from google adwords.

    Description:

Roughly $1,700 in pure net profit per month in the past 2 months - all bugs
ironed out, A MAJOR campaign being launched within 2 days to get more
    traffic to the site.

I have a programmer installing those for me for just $7.5 per site, he deals
with everything related to the installation, and I'm going to offer free
installations which will boost the conversion rate from its current rate of
    1.5% or so.

IMPORTANT BIT - This same programmer is willing to handle customer
support, and technical support, for a very reasonable weekly fee, that
would hardly damage your net profits (he is fluent in English, and is located
in Canada). If that's a deciding factor for you, since you prefer not to put
any time on the site whatsoever, contact me for more details.

We barely have 75 unique visitors per day, and we have done virtually
NOTHING to advertise the site (we tried a google adwords campaign and
haven't touched it for about 1.5 months now. We also bought a banner for 3
months that has a little under a month left on it. We will renew it for
another 3 months as part of the BIN price).

Most of our traffic comes from natural links, and people are just crazy about
this script (feel free to use some of the testimonials I receive via e-mail to
add to the site, and increase the conversion rate. Currently I did not
implement any testimonials in the site, mainly due to lack of time).

Our newest advertising campaign which has already been paid for, is almost
guaranteed to increase our unique visitors and exposure by about 50-60%
    (more on that below)

Customer support is EXTREMELY minimal, and could be handled by the same
person who does the installations for us, at an extremely low rate.

It has not started yet, hence it isn't reflected in sales (see below for more
    information).

There have been some programming expenses initially to cover for bugs and
such, but that's a thing of the past... We haven't found an actual bug in
the script in quite a while now, even the smallest one (I believe about a
month would be a good assumption).

This is by far the most convenient business I have ever owned. I barely put
any time into it, and it has averaged roughly $1,700 in net profit per month
since we acquired it (except these last 6 days, in which the net profit was
$1,900 just for those 6 days).

IMPORTANT BIT - I have paid for a killer advertising campaign on a
PR6 pixel related site. The site averages a little under 300 unique visitors a
day, and I haven't checked but I'm sure its traffic has increased lately (due
to the success of milliondollarhomepage.com). This campaign will include:

    1) A top sponsorship ad.

    2) A complete reworking of the site to use my script, with the main person
behind the site acknowledging in a video that my script has made their life
    easier.

    3) A "powered by TheMillionDollarScript.com" link on that site.

    4) A floating ad (like a pop up, but less intrusive).

    5) Pretty much anything else you can think about :)

This is sure to drive a nice amount of extra unique visitors, and in my
opinion on average around 1.5 sales every 2 days. The campaign is set to
    start in about 2 days.

Another important bit If you purchase TheMillionDollarScript.com -
you will also receive full control over the PR6 pixel related site I mentioned
above, which is probably the 3rd or 4th largest pixel selling site today. The
site makes around $100 per month in net profit, and (most importantly) can
be further utilized to monetize TheMillionDollarScript.com, since it shares the
    same target audience.

Just imagine this - the site has generated around $1,700 in net profit PER
MONTH over a period of 2 months, using an average of around 80 unique
visitors per day. The PR6 pixel related site I mentioned actually has 3.5+
times more the traffic... Just imagine the potential in sales.

Price (or starting bid): $32,000 Or Best Offer. Please no lowballing,
serious offers only - the site has netted around $1,900 in the past 6 days,
and has averaged a good solid $1,700 per month prior to that - no "starting
    bids" or such please :)

I know this will come up - so yes, I am willing to accept lower offers with
certain agreements pertaining to revenue sharing, but again - I would most
certainly require a hefty advance, around $15,000 or so (plus revenue share).

    Is an auction?: No.

    P.S.

Thank you very much for taking a look at one of my favorite sites :) If I
don't sell it, I would still be happy since just today we've had 6 or 7 sales
(depending on what timezone you're counting)... And at $79.95 each, that
    comes down to around $500.

The 3rd largest pixel site your including only makes $100 per month? What is that one block of pixels a month?

3rd largest as far as popularity goes. The earnings from the pixel sales are actually not that high there, and you have to split them with another person (it's a bit complicated - you still own the site and all revenue from the site except the pixels, which you share 50/50 with someone).

Your net earnings from the site other than the pixels, if I remember correctly are about $100.

The pixels are being sold there for a much lower rate than $1/pixel, and at larger blocks, hence the earnings are not as high as one might expect.

    Hi,

The site has not sold yet, so I am still accepting offers :)

However, I'm looking into finalizing a contract with a large organization for turning the website to them in return for stock and gross profit. This contract may be signed this Friday, so if you're remotely interested in the site, be sure to let me know before then :)

The PR6 site included with this sale is http://www.BuyBrianAbeer.com - I can give out the URL easily enough now, since I completed the purchase :)

    Thanks for the interest!

Visit the site - http://www.BuyBrianABeer.com - you share half of the pixel revenue with Brian, but the other half is yours. On top of that, any sponsorships you sell, PR links you sell, etc. are your revenue, since the site is owned by you :)

Brian is more or less what the entire site is about :) He's the site's Mascot! People keep returning to see if the site is updated, how many beers have been bought for Bryan so far, etc.

Yeah I know :) I couldn't specify the URL since the sale had yet to be finalized.

The total profits in the last 2 weeks exceed $3,500 by the way, as an update. We've had some downtime yesterday unfortunately due to an error on my hosting provider's end, which probably lost a few sales too.

Thanks for your interest everyone, looks like I'll be finalizing a deal with a large company in return for stock in their company and a percent of gross profit, or alternatively selling it to one of the people who inquired about it so far.

Won't the fact that a free (and seemingly excellent) milliondollar-script has been released make a difference to sales?

Not at all. It's been released from pretty much day one I've had this business.

The same is true of vbulletin and PHPbb - PHPbb is free, yet vbulletin still gets a 'nice' amount of sales ;). It relates to its features, ease of use, brand etc.

Same with IPB 1.3.1 (now a free version) and IPB 2... the fact 1.3.1 is free now does not mean people will not buy version 2, each for their own reason.

The same is true here, only on a much smaller scale.
