It's the most important, because it sets the tone for the rest of your day. Nutritionists confirm this. Just do an online search on the topic, and you'll see what I mean.
You know you can fix this (and you should) by having something really small in the morning, like a glass of juice. Take baby steps and eventually you'll train your body to accept food in the morning - when it most needs the nutrition.
Breakfast at around 7-8am. I like having cappucino, freshly baked bread with ham and cheese or sausage, and scrambled eggs must be present in the table too!
