My Bank ACH Hold & My PayPal

    On today i received an email from paypal as follows:

    ==========================
    Hello

    On Aug. 23, 2009, we attempted to transfer $39.27 USD from your bank account, ending in 7044. This transfer was returned by your bank on Aug. 26, 2009 for the reason below:

    This is an invalid bank account number.


    As a result, this bank account has been disabled from your PayPal account. Please contact your bank for more information or add a new bank account. Please do not contact PayPal because this is entirely an issue between the account holder and their bank.

    Aug. 24, 2009 Like before i started to widthrow 30.50 USD to my bank. but today i received the above email from paypal. after this message paypal disabled my bank.

    Then i logged into my bank account and saw this status: ACH HOLD

    And then i contacted my bank and they said: Your bank account is on hold for max. 24 hours and we escalated it to Financial Department and after their check my bank account will be backed to normal.

    My Problem: after backing my account to the normal. it's still disable in my paypal. how can i enable it in my paypal account ? :((

    I think you had better rmove this bank account & add another..

    :( but paypal said i have to contact to bank. but i wanted to check if any one have the same problem.

    Openning another bank account is very hard for me. because i have credit card connected to the bank + i have high amount into my bank :(

    I contact bank but they said: i have to wait. they said 24 hours but i'm still waiting for 1 week. the bank said, we can't contact ACH Financial Dep. and we have to wait for their respond :confused:

    I called and called ....
    Finally i received the following message from the bank:

    Now, I widthrowed all my amounts from the bank :)

    And From now on, i'll try only Turkish Banks or UAE Banks. Never Try USA Banks >> They are not safe !!!

    Turkish Banks and uae banks have no login fee and have no monthly fee, and there is no any usa agent behind them!!!
