My backlinks have gon crazy

    One week ago i have posted a comment on to blogs abot making money online.Now i see that in the last to days my alta vista links have rise from 130 backlinks to 726 backlinks.On yahoo site explorer i see that all the links are from that 2 blogs,from every page and every article of the blog.Why is this hapining?It is bad?If yes what i must do to stop it.

    sometimes blogs post the users or the latest comments made on that blog on the sidebar so then with each new page of that blog there will also be the comment link with is yours and it doesn't make much difference if you have 1 or 100 incoming links from 1 site

    If you are commenting on blogs with an aim to get backlinks... make sure that you have a good list of blogs to start with. Always aim to get back links from different sources and different types of sites... to derive maximum benefit! :)

    If it appeared fast it will desapear faster, it's in most cases with blog coments a temporarly links

    You may have got the commentor of the month so you'll get a link on every page of their blog.

    It's not that bad - I mean as long as you're not spamming the links all over the Internet, it should be alright.

    The problems come when you just get 100's of links on the same page or something. Make sure you can vary your backlinking as much as possible.

    Thanks for all the info.I hope i will not have any problem geting so many links so fast.I now have about 800 backlinks from that blog and all are deferent pages whit a PR of 0.
    I don't whant google to sandbox my website

    It happens to me too. I know part of the reason is due to the Top Commentator widget. That is why I work hard on a few blogs, and make a lot of comments to get into the list of Top Commentator. I can get backlinks from practically every page.

    Whenever you get the top commentator list of blogs, then your site get the hompage link of that blog. That means you get the link from every page and post of that blog. Let say the blogger post 200 article on his blog, then yahoo will show 200 links from each post. But once you gone from the top commentator list, you will lost all the links, except the links that you comments on. Again never bother it do not harm for your blog.
