Well I am not sure what is going on but my clicks and how much each click is worth is more crazy than ever, usually I get a steady amount each day but right now some days are amazing and others are crap, am not used to it changing so much
Same here. For the last 3 months, I had been averaging $4 a day but for the last 3 days, I have not been able to get over $.50 (50 cents) a day. Might be the season. I haven't yet complete a full year of adsense, so I am not familiar with the seasonal fluctuations. I would assume there is generally a drop in revenue during the summer months with all the sun to play in and people on vacations.
The truth is the situation is getting from bad to worse. Remember the good old days when some of us really made good money with Adsense? Well, these are gone
Perhaps your Niche is one that isn't "HOT" everyday, but a seasonal, a day of the week, or time of the month thing. Develop more!!
I on't think its that. Sometimes things can feel a little random where you get a few decent days followed by a stinker then a nother good day, etc. It is therfore bes to analyse data on a month by month basis.
this is where you should have channels on every ad block, so that you'll know the cause of your declining income... was it caused by traffic fluctuations, seasonal variations, stale content, a google-based change in your epc for certain page designs, etc.
