create more back link to your astore.
You may submit to web directory or build your own blog/web and link to astore.

    Thanks for your answer.

But I am not sure, Is aStore work in google's webmaster tool? Because we need to verify website by meta tag or html code.

I think google takes most of them off because they are affiliate sites

Try to make at least few pages with unique content, wait when Google index them and only after that build an astore there.

Normally google won't deindex astores, since the domain is one hell of an authority, so I could imagine two reasons: 1. Duplicate content (several astores with exactly the same template/products), 2. Not enough links to the astore

Deindex is maybe just for a while, a couple week or month or even a year
It depends on how do you solve this problem.

If you tried to enhance traffic more and more, then your aStore will exposed and out of deindex again

What you have to do now, is gathering many links into your aStore day by day

One day in near future, your aStore will be back and index in Search Engine system again

    Good luck

I'm going to say that you need more backlinks, but moreover create a supplemental site that feeds traffic to astore, not just a generator, but a blog or website that has nothing to do with the astore itself, but acts more like a pointer, or astore ad...of sorts. If that makes any sense.

I had mine de-indexed at one point, but I just kept chugging along and promoting it, and it got back in somehow. No backlinks, no nothing. Just tie it into a site or blog and keep promoting it as a stand alone site and you'll see a good thing.
