My Articles Not Getting Picked Up Suddenly

I use to be able to search on google and find the story, I posted a few days earlier. Well now, it's only picking it up on the index.

Even old articles are suddenly completely gone from any ranking, although I can find this article.

Could this be google updating links, or is something really going wrong?

My hits from google have went down a couple hundred.

    I don't print duplicate content.

    http://www.illestlyrics.com, is my site.

Thanks for the tip, that solves some of the problem, I think.

How about the ones that just aren't getting picked up lately? They only get picked up on the index.

You can use a mod rewrite to unclutter those URLs and make them index better - they'll display like static html pages to the SEs and should stay in the SERPs longer.

Articles go supplemental all the time. Google likes to index fresh content.

    Join the club.

If all it took to get an article in the index & stayed there was to throw one up, we'd all be whipping Wikipedia in all subjects.

    (Apologies for pre-coffee incomprehensibility.)

Try adding social bookmarks to some of the articles.

    They will be indexed quicky.

All of this information is really useful and appreciate everyone who took the time to leave some.

I also think there is something google doesn't like about my site. Some how it's not being able to get to the stories though. It hasn't picked up an article in about a week and a half now.
