My article was used incorrectly (violation of TOS) what to do?

Somebody did not preserve my links in an article I have submitted to an article directory. This is a direct violation of the TOS as the article must be posted AS IS with no changes. There is no contact link anywhere on the site, so I have done a whois check on the domain. I have the phone number...is it alright to call about this?

    Thanks.

It certainly is OK to call. Just be polite, assume they have made a mistake and say you'll email them the contact details. If you have any trouble dealing with them, then say you will be taking legal action. This usually works.

email their hosting company if you cant get them. Sometimes they are using software to generate articles from article directories and their software might be buggy.
