There is nothing you can do apart from complaining to the webmaster of that website. And please keep your language polite. I know how hurt you feel, but there are other ways of expressing your anger too.

Clever scam. While I'm sorry that they snagged you, this will hopefully help someone else avoid getting ripped off by a similar scam.

You could try throwing a DMCA at the webhost but I doubt you'll get anywhere with it.

    Is that you?

If so, at least he gave you a byline and didn't claim it as his own.

I saw they have used the content writer name as By Syed Kashan Ali, Is it your name? If yes then they must take permission. You must contact to the site owner.

To avoid such future rip-offs, I suggest you publish any and all sample articles that people ask on your blog and give a link. That way they cannot really copy the material as it is already published.

You know I was ripped off a while ago myself. It has happened a couple of times now and I tread very carefully these days.
I was asked to write an article on the Amazon Kindle. It was 700 words and it took me a long time. Very extensive research and keyword and LSI words included.
He said he was looking for a long term writer so I sent him the first article already mentioned.
He replied 2 days later saying...here is your article, I have decided to go with another writer. I thought this was strange so I replied and his email address had been wiped off the face of the earth. The original job placement was erased also and his name didn't exist on the site anymore.
I cannot stand people who steal off others. It is my belief that Karma catches up to them in the end so don't be put off by your experience.
HARD WORK PAYS OFF, SO KEEP GOING.

Tell him that you will get his adsense account banned if he doesn't pay you.

Well...yes they can. If the search engines see the other person's site as better, then they will assume that person is the authority on the topic and you will lose the value of your article, and they will reap all the benefits.

The best thing to do is not submit a full article, just one or two opening paragraphs. Alternatively you could send it as an image file so they would have to type it all out (unless they know about converters). Even then you can't really protect your work.

Thankfully, the search engines are not so naive and foolish. It is the date that matters. The good thing with putting stuff on your blog is that it is indexed very often. If someone else copies it, it is just a copy - you will retain the original. It has absolutely nothing to do with who the "authority" is. They can get a million articles off directories like Ezine if they really wanted to. It would take me less than 3 minutes to hand type an image, so I am assuming that's not the way to go
