Add more graphics instead of just pure huge text in the content. Graphics make the page a bit heavier but it would definitely make the site easier to understand therefore making visitors learn what the site is all about.

I'd add a bit more explaining what the site actually gives to the visitor. What's your proposition? Took me a wee while to figure it out,

Maybe I'm just tired

 

The small banners at the bottom distract the site visitors attention and they may spill the traffic out before they enter your site.

 

Ive Done Quite alot of fixing up with it what do you think of it now

 

you would better tell visitor what your site are about and what are you offering rather than just ask them to sign up as a member right away. just block all other page to be member only will be better.

 

The design is okay, for your big button below, I would remove the blue orders and change it to a thin 1 pixel black border (or blue if you must), but it'll look more professional

My Idea: make your web colorfull, its will make people interest to join.

 

It's okay, but you need more content visible - something to give users a reason to sign up.
