    Sorry but I don not agree with your theory, It can't predicted just on last update basis.

    If you check the history:

    In July 2006 the update was after 100 days gap.
    Next was after 76 days in Sep 2006
    Next was after 101 days in Jan 2007 and due to some problem Google exported the PR & BL table again after 15 to 16 days. Which happend only last time.

    As far as the change in BL is concern, so it was only BL table exported by Google which they often perform before PR update.

    It's expected that Google will export PR table in next week.

    This "theory thread" is better than all other "Yes! Yes! Yes! I saw it!" threads. But anyway - it is still 7th here and it will be around 12 hours, and no changes noticed yet. So I think tommorow will be a day to verify.
