My analytics is not showing adword clicks

I am running a campaign on Google Adwords which is giving 50 clicks / day and showing it in Adwords account, but my Analytics account is not showing any clicks getting from google ads or something like that, even my total analytics clicks are less than 50, which also includes some other referring sites.

Can anyone tell me if I am really getting those Adwords mentioned 50 clicks or not ? How can I see that in analytics ?

You need to enable automatic tagging.
An easy way to check if your adwords urls are tagged - do a search for a keyword you have an ad for - don't click the ad - just right click and copy shortcut - paste that into a notepad or similar document - if it's tagged correctly you'll see 'gclid' as part of the url
I'm assuming that you've already linked the 2 through Adwords - Reporting - Google Analytics...

Thank for the reply. I searched for my given keywords but cudnt see my ad. I just want to confirm that am I getting 50 clicks from adwords or not ? because analytics show all of site statistics but that is not more than 20 or 30 / day. I am confused that whether my spent amount on adwords is profitable or not

as Magda said, you need to enable auto tagging in your analytics. Without it, adwords traffic will show as coming from a different source. This can be done with the flip of of button(once you've linked your analytics to your adwords account).

I linked my adwords account with analytics, but still in Adwords section, I am seeing 5 - 10 clicks per day, however on Adwords account I can see that I am getting 50 clicks per day. What is this ? Is google not giving me those 50 clicks ?

I have already said about this issue in another thread.... I was also facing this problem for more than a week now.....

Previously analytics was capturing adwords clicks as "google/cpc" and they were almost matching with the clicks displayed in adwords....

but recently I have seen that the stats from adwords and analytics are not matching... I will look into automatic tagging... and see if I could get around this issue..

you will almost never see the same #'s from analytics vs what the adwords UI reports..this is because Analytics is tracking visits, and Adwords is tracking clicks. both are reliable #'s, but you will most likely see anywhere from a 5-10% difference in these stats..clicks are always going to be less than analytics visits(due to multiple clicks from the same visitor using the back button, other scenarios..)

Well.. I never said they should be equal... but it should be atleast 5-10 % deviation as you said...

but I have had more than 50 % variation.. that is what I am concerned about...

If analytics is not reporting your adwords as paid traffic, it's nearly always a problem with tagging. If you're using more than one set of tags there could be a conflict that's causing it - e.g if you have an affiliate tag, or are also using a tracking system like doubleclick or a clickfraud detection that's added a tag to the url
