My all sites hacked. Turkish boys replace only Index.html File. Please Help

    make sure you have mod sec and suphp enabled on your server as scripts like mambo have folder with 777 which make it easy to hack your site.

    hacking is very popular in among children from Turkey.
    if you enough keep your sites. anybody won't hack your sites.
