my all PayPal money eat adcenter without my permission?

    hi,

    recently i am sign-up for "ad center"(using my site partner Home Address),

    i am chose PayPal payment method.

    but PayPal not show how much Adcenter need money for advertising and show "Agree to Agreement"

    if i am agree to "Use my PayPal source Payment" then Ad center can withdraw money without my permission?
