My All Files Gone On Godaddy's Server

    When i looked up my files today i see all my files gone, including subdirectories. etc. only i can backup sql's , I have an about 8 site on this server.

    I reported this to Godaddy, I waiting for answer now, I checked domains, account setting etc. these are fine. no any changes. Is this a possible hack attack or system issue , what you think , what can I do now. any suggestions ?

    Take your database and backup copy of your files (you do have a backup, right?!?!?) to another web host.

    interesting thing is, there is no any file on server, completely deleted, system files, stats, httpdocs etc. and no upload permisson , no directory creation, I can just login my account, can't take any action on ftp.

    Godaddy restored all data's, finally problem solved.
