Hi

I am looking for webmasters to sign up to my affiliate program
I will pay $1 per user who signs up to my FREE site
rules & terms

1 They must sign up filling in all sections of the sign up form and post an active / real description in the member area
2 They are required to activate there account from a valid email address
3 only one valid appication per email address
4 they must be over 18
5 They must be from USA / UK / Canada / Australia / NZ - sorry cant accept anywhere else yet
6 signups who post just symbols or crap or one word answers wont count

I will give you a passcode to give to your users
this will pass them through the registration gateway FREE
and identify your signups

I will pay out every 15 days to paypal only
