My Affiliate Name is gone or changed! That's why I'm losing sales!!!

I had some problems with Clickbank since the last month! My sales had been decreased nearly 100% for everyday since then.
I am puzzled why it would happen as the other advertising is totally the same with the same output.

I checked my website and the hoplink everyday to see whether it is normal. And one day I had the problem as the following image:

I wrote to Clickbank and after a few emails they informed to me everything is fine, and my hoplink and Landing-page is all perfect too for receiving sales. While my sales are getting down day by day until now!

And today I had found another problem too, this time is 2 different usernames!

I am shocked and angry with this problem. Clickbank told me everything is fine. But the truth is my affiliate name is gone and changed to someone else's!!! That means my hard-earned money are wasted to earn the money for someone else I didn't know it at all!!! I feel really puzzled with Clickbank system and I'm gonna suspend for advertising more for clickbank, so why should this problem can happen?
    Clickbank, can you tell me???

Use an anti-virus or something similar to clean your computer. Might help.

well there are pros and cons with clickbank.

if you're selling your own product, listing it in clickbank can help in finding affiliates. especially if you are in the top ten rankings, it can help alot.

You know what? I know exactly what will be replied by Clickbank and by some members for 1st time.

Actually it is me that not stated clear in my topic:

Clickbank also told me to check my own computer for virus or something stealing the sales. There
are 2 times related to my problem:
First of all I am using an individually computer in total to view and check Clickbank status, as I am also
using this computer to login into Paypal or e-gold. That is why I need the computer totally be clean up.

So viruses can't be there for causing this kind of problem!!!

And after the problem happened I re-format all the hard-disks of that computer and re-install my
Windows XP totally!!!! That is yesterday! So do you believe there is any virus in that computer?
And the hosting is located in HostGator for the best administration, so it can't be virus on my hosting
    either!!!

So that is the point: No one stealing my sales, but the most possiblity - Clickbank itself!

Adware programs can find their way very quickly back onto your
computer again. Are you the only one using your computer? Do you
have a firewall, or allow activex to run on your computer? Do you
run a virus check daily? The problem you are describing definitely
sounds like you have some adware on your computer. There are
webmasters on this very forum that will do anything to get this adware
installed on users computers for a quick buck. Check out this video:

WayneB, I know exactly what I am talking about. Actually I'm not a newbie
as you thought on computer or Internet.
I had already watched the video on this forum and I know how the adware
functions to change the affiliate name into others. While the nature is totally
not the same as you thought...

Please note the computer I am using to view Clickbank only visit 5 sites till
    today:
    1. Clickbank Website
    2. My own Landing Site - Individually.
    3. E-gold site.
    4. Paypal Site.
    5. CJ Site.

I have the history on that computer and I know how to avoid the adwares...
If anyone can say the above sites have viruses I have nothing to say now.

    Koloya, guess what?

I bought a BRAND NEW PC today.
I installed all the ususal crap I use (iTunes, Skype, Filezilla FTP Client...) Only trusted software....
I also had Norton antivirus that came with my PC...

However, I could not install one program (uses DOS to install)... I found it really weird and scanned my pc with Spybot and some other tools - I had 2 viruses!!! One of them is severe (disables DOS function and does loads of harmful stuff)...

... anyway, all this to tell you that viruses, adware and spyware find their way into your PC as soon as you get online. Even if you format or buy a brand NEW pc - it happens,

    Just my $0.02

Your affiliate link is working fine, many spyware programs have been developed specifically for the purpose of stealing affiliate sales... probably have a virus, use your anti-virus software or download a freebie from avast.
