Hello all, Yesterday, I created an adwords account and redeem a $25 voucher to that account. Everything was fine with the voucher and the amount is added into that account. Then, I added a billing preference by filling all the information needed including my debit card info. I've use the card to activate another account before but I'm pretty sure that we can use the same card for multiple adwords account as long as the login information is different. So now, I've been paying $5 for activation fee and use my $25 voucher for that account. But surprisingly, it is immediately suspended! Anyone knows what happen and what should I do? thanks
I've sent them an email regarding this matter. Unfortunately, I just got an answer from an auto reply. Many others have face exactly the same problem with mine. Don't know what to do..
my ads is still not running. Very frustrating... what about your adwords guys? I've created a new one. It is active, but not running...
Hi, I've faced a similar situation as you. Google explicitly states that the vouchers are meant for new advertisers to use, and not existing advertisers. (A mistake I made too!) Since you violated that policy, your account has been suspended.
I suppose you could issue a chargeback on the card since you didn't get any consideration from your $5.00.
i think this too..your account is suspended..i made 4 accounts with dif cc..but same ip, i know my mistake,..and all got suspended..u can not joke with google.
You are lucky. Google is notorious for letting people get to right before payday and then ban their accounts for sometimes petty reasons. Their help forums are full of examples of that. I recommend you just cut your ties and go to Adbrite or other advertising mediums.
You have to go into their support forums. Getting a direct line into them to get an answer is nonexistent. Google forces you to air your dirty laundry in public in their support forums. They do not provide direct support for anything anymore.
google is worried about vouchers fraud this days maybe you did something suspicious when you were creating the accoubt, if you have multiple accounts with the same cc its probably the reason
May be I should try adbrite too...I never used it before. One more new story, I have created another account and I've already activate it. It is not 'suspended' and my campaign is 'active'. The problem is, no impression of the ads. After waiting for more than a week with no +ve response, I close that account and issue a chargeback. I really don't like their support forum right now. Adwords used to have a better support before. At least I can get answer for my question in 2 days by asking question personally to their support through email. But using the new support forum, everything was so general and I can't give my adwords account number specifically for them to review. I wonder how long they can survive anymore if they can't get new adwords account running. Thats mean, no new customer. how bad...what happen to google..
