My adwords account suspended. Whats now?

Hi all,

I was using Google adwords for promoting my site www.BharatTutors.com. Everything was going good for last one year. I was getting 10-15 member for every $4-5. Yesterday I added a new ad with the words:"Get part time job, earn money now". I think because of this, Google suspended my Adwords account. Adwords TOS clearly says that user cannot advertise Get rich schemes. No need to say that my site is a education based site and its only motive is to connect students and tutors. I will call to Google on Monday in this regard.
Any idea about this case? Do they suspend URL too for any further adwords advertisement?

 

Yes you night Added new URL in the same add group.According to google adwords TOS you should no't keep multiple URL'S in single add group.

 

Contacted to Google, reactivated my account without any question.

 

Well it seems a bit weird you would get suspended just for that. It does look like a boarder line ad though. If you explain things to google and promise not to do it again, you have a good chance to get back in. Check to see if google adwords has a place where you can file for reconsideration for your adwords account.

 

I know they do have that for organic when sites get suspended or banned so they may have it for adwords

 

My site was suspended for Landing Page - arbitrage. After 4 years !!!!

Yeah, it seems they are more eager to answer Adwords questions than Adsense.

 

The same thing happened to me this morning, my account was banned. apparently they changed their policy on advertising. I just heard adword banned all advertisements relating to gains of easy money.

 

Google is not run by humans. It's almost at "skynet" terms now, (for you terminator fans). Their systems don't think, they just do. If they see the phrase "earn money now", they'll just assume it's get rich quick and ban you.

It's so silly but that's how their systems work.

Then when you speak to a human, they typically get it, although some at Google are complete morons, and reactivate your account.

 

I just realized that they changed my words in Ad too. They made it 'earn money by tutoring'. Earlier it was 'Earn money now'. Got 2 extra characters too, may be as compensation !

 

Hm... same with my experience, my account been banned due to the wrong landing page. Google support warned me to fix the landing page, but they do not show exactly what my mistake. Finally, the account remains banned even though it was attempted to improve my landing page
