I need your help in understand what exactly is billing verification process in Google AdWords in: India with Post-Pay option Using Credit Card My case is: I have created a small campaign. Then next day when I logged in, AdWords system is asking to add funds. I have added my credit card after chosing Post-Pay option. I press next and a button appears "Veirfy Card". I clicked it and enter my 3D code and then, I got a message "Thank you for verifiying your credit card. Please close this window to proceed". Then I closed the window and agreement appears,I opt-in that and press I agree. My campaign started accruing impressions for day and a half. Then I got the message appears on the top in red color saying "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified." Now, my questions are: What exactly went wrong? What is the billing verification process. What are the precautions we need to take while adding card? There are various players in the market offering virtual credit cards. Are they allowed to use in AdWords? Waiting for great answers and suggestions to come in...
Google adwords and Google in general is a Pain in the ARSE!! I got banned for doing something similar and there is NO way you'll ever get back on.
are you able to log into your adword account? if yes i would submit a ticket asking how to resolve this issue.
I had some issues in the beginning though it is not a similar issue. But they responded positively when I wrote to them. Go to Help(available on right top)==>Contact Google==>eMail. You can write to them with your issue. One service representative would help you at least in two business days. All the best.
I think your Phone number or address, one of it was fake (or not complete ). or you tried to use this domain on a previous account which got banned for some reason. Can you re check your phone number and Billing address and let me know if you find something ? If that's the case I can get it working again.
If it's a new account you may be "suspended for billing verification" automatically...this is just a manual review and in a few days everything should be fine. Same thing happened to me. I called them and that's what they told me.
