I think the only thing working against it is that it's a non-profit ext. Obviously, cummy is a porn word. But, who wants to think about non-profits when surfing to get off? I think you could find a buyer who'd be willing to pay low $xxx, but it'd have to have some shopping around. Try the adult bb's like netpond.com. They'd probably be able to appraise it better for you.
