My account was disabled because someone related to me created a account. and I check it out and I received an email saying we determine that a related publisher's account may pose a risk to our AdWords advertisers, we may disable it in order to protect our advertisers' interests. I was wondering If I will still get paied that months monthly earning? Does anybody know. Thanks alot.
If the payment has been issued prior to your account getting nuked, most probably you will get it. On the other hand, if it has NOT yet been issued, then you just hope for the best. Also, I have read many posts here on DP where people who got banned received their payments even after getting banned. So, my advice, just relax and try your best to reinstate your Adsense account and forget about the money earned. You can make lots later once you have your Adsense. Goodluck
I think this is really getting out of hand, if someone related create an adsense and you get banned for that? That is not against Adsense TOS!
I can imagine they might just need an e-mail from you asking for an explanation, this may be to prevent you creating fraudulent accounts using your family's names, I couldn't really say. But I am sure they will have to give you your money if you haven't broke the terms of service.
Yes I would have to agree entirely. I have to admit, I am a bit of a Google fan boy, and I do enjoy and make use of most of Google's services. But if I keep hearing these stupid reasons for Google dismissing their members like this, I will stop using the AdSense service.
I am also a big G fan, I can guess that they are paranoid after so many cheating and attempting to cheat cases, but still some fairness have to prevail.
As Google's stock continues to drop like it is, expect to see more unfair bannings. They have to do something to show positive earnings soon because the stock just dropped another 20 points this morning.
i recently heard they're closing down accounts just like that, i mean for no reason. but yeah, it's definatly getting out of hand, and it's a SHAME!
If you get your account banned for bullsh!t reason like a family member that you may not even know having problems with AdSense, I doubt the first thing you would do is jump on Digital Point forums and ask a question where you want to know if you will still get paid after a relative has been banned. Catch my drift?
