well its that google dont need to give resonse or giving opertunity to banned webmasters to rejoine... coz they dont need banned wm's... they have millions of site and wm's... its nothing for them if they banned thousends ( must be more ) accounts everyday.

Sure, I'll clarify this for you.

Break the Google Terms of Service (TOS) and your account will be disabled.

That means no more Adsense on any website you run. You will be unable to re-apply to the program. Ever.

Just don't click on your own ads. Even if they are 'interesting to you'. That is viewed as click-fraud and will result in your account being disabled.

Breaking any of the TOS will automatically mean that any clicks generated from your account are invalid (since they are not within the program's TOS).

And don't be a muppet and use hidden text to try to trigger higher-paying keywords. That breaks the program policies, results in non-targeted traffic (invalid clicks) and will get you dumped from the program.

Google are not omnipotent. This means accounts get analysed at a set period, usually just prior to payout. Any that get flagged for potentially fraudulent clicks will be examined by a human who can quickly determine whether there is a problem, a process that can be performed in less than 30 seconds.

So I'd suggest that if you are new to Adsense or even if you are a bit unsure, that you read the TOS carefully.
