My adsense revenue is way down! Please Help!

I used to be making $10-$15 a day from adsense. Now, I'm making less than $4 a day. I got an average 30 clicks and 600 page impressions. Now, I get under 10 clicks with the same amount of page impressions. Also, I am making less money per click now. I only changed one ad around. Please look at my adsense placement and tell me what I am doing wrong.

I am actually having the same problem. 2 Weeks ago I went camping and was getting 20-30 clicks a day.
I came home and everything died out.

I had the same problem with one of my sites. I think that your repeat visitors may be getting used to your ad placement. And your account may have been smart priced by google, that's why you're getting less per click.

I can think of two solutions:

    1. Start driving more traffic to your site. (Worked well for me)

    2. Rotate the ad placement. (Didn't work as well for me)

Why not change it back around?

Look at what at your ad placement was when you were getting $10-$15 a day and try to repeat that. Also, go back and look at your content on the days when you were getting high click through rates. Something's changed.

    Relax, now breathe...

Okay now we've got that settled try this.

Think about your website over your ads. have you not updated your site lately? Has the website lost a few positions in search engines?

after you analyze that go ahead and bring in fresh content to your site. Make sure the content is yours and no one else'.

After you put in fresh content it won't take long for search engines to re-index you. Now try this with your ads. Put in large box ads at the start of every paragraph. make sure to play around with the colors to blend into your website. Also try to disguise ads in the menu, but don't forget to place in the text "sponsors" or something to not violate the TOS of adsense. After that focus on other areas. But I tell ya the first two placements get the most clicks for me. I have been earning $80 - $100 daily since 2006 with my network of fresh article sites.
