My AdSense result - too low?

Hello I'm new around here :)
I make around 3-5$ from about 3000/4000 impressions everyday and I'm thinking that I should probably make around at least 10$ with so much impression. My ads are blended and placed at the at the appropriate places. My ads are mostly for Anime dvds. What do you think? Should I experiment more with let's say the ad placement or it's just my niche that is paying low?

    Sorry for my poor english.

    Thanks in advance.

I get around 50 clicks per day, but still i get credited for around $2 or $3. I'm also new to this forum. I hope to get some solution here as it looks very active forum. I also see more ads are coming from same source. I dont know whether its good or bad

I get about 15% of your page impressions and average about $6/day. I would definitely move the Ads around and try some different things.

Keep on experimenting and see what works best for your site…

yes - that does seem a little low. Definately keep experimenting until you find something that works better for you - look at this way: I fan experiment doesn't work out, you lose $10 over two days. If it works, you gain an extra $5 /day (or more) for the rest of the site's life!

Yeah I make around 50 clicks/day too. SubZero can you tell what's your niche?
Thanks for the advices guys! I will try some things these days.

There one more thing you should all consider ;)
There are keywords which compete less than others so the click will give you much less money than popular ones.

When you do a search for the main keywords concerning your website, do you see a lot of ads on Google?

You may sometimes get 50$ for 50 clicks but some other times you won't even reach 5$

No, that's not low at all, especially for your keyword (movies), which is a very low-paying keyword. Plus, 3k-4k is really not a lot of traffic. So I wouldn't get all down about it; you're basically making as much as you can in your area and your traffic, and no amount of moving ads about, etc, will change that. You're bottoming out here unless you get more traffic.

I agree with Jack, it's the topic of your site. A topic on loans will get you 20 times (just for illustration) your current amount if you can keep your impressions and ctr constant . I think you are doing ok for your niche.

3-4K impression is very healthy actually. I haven't achieved even 2K impressions even with doing new websites.

I agree, try to move the ads placement around. There are other tips people have written about, eg color matching, hotspots, above-the-fold, etc.

Well, Jack he has a very good point! if complain, i am the person who really needs to complain.

My Page Impression is xx.xxx my CTR is xxx but my earning is 10 bucks/ day. If you devide the earing with the click, I get paid 0.03 cent/ click. Oh man! ...

But anyway, my site is about the topic that I im interested in, I can write bundles of tutorials about this. I am not wanna swift to Methesio or whatsoever, bcoz I know nothing about it.

Just sit back n happy with my host and domain is being taken care of.

only thing i can think of is

    - your not blending your ads
    - not using hot spots

I noticed my revinue increase over 300% to sometimes 1000% from just

    - blending ads
    - using hot spots
    - adding a picture next to it

Your welcome to contact me for more input.

    @spring,

You might want to post a link to your site so we can see if it's your ad placement or whatnot.

Check your stats, if most of your visitors are only in your site for about 30seconds or so, ad place is best up top right. =) You have to study the behavior of your visitors for you to know where to add the ads.

Jack, I might have to disagree with you, movie / movies are not that great of keywords, granted in the beginning of the day you might squeeze out that magic 0.75-1.50 click or so , but by the end of the day with hundreds of clicks its going to average right back out to the good old 7 cents =\
