My Adsense Placement - Please Review

    Can anyone offer me some useful hints for my ad placement. Also i have a few picture banners relatively close to my text links is this aganist the rules.

    I suggest you align the link unit in middle.

    Also, try changing the colors for your ads.

    your ad placement is ok but i must say your site is very confusing for the person who visit first time , i really suggest you to make it clean
