Well, in theory, a niche such as health, education should be just that ll the time because there is round the clock need and demand for them.
it's not cpc, it's epc: "earnings per click" if the overall traffic numbers and the average epc have not changed, the only thing left is ctr.
I am unclear from the OP whether his site traffic is down, or click-thru-rate is down, or earnings-per-click is down. ??
i've.. or shall i say... we've been through a lot to improve that one... but still... any other suggestions?
I'm seeing also a dip in adsense earnings the last week. About 50% of what my normal earnings would be. Guess it's the summer dip and all I can do is build more good content and shift away from only adsense. Last month was my best month ever and that was because I finally looked more for affiliateprograms instead of adsense.
My experience differ. From Last week, I have seen a major increase in the earnings. Don't know why. The traffic and clicks remains the same.
Problogger.net is actually reporting that he's getting input from multiple sources (one is this thread) that adsense is down recently. Mine went up today, but I don't think 4 days of earnings is a good sample size!
I Don't get it? Your spamming some great new program yet you can't just tell us what it is? lol.... OH YES..... THE KILLER IS HERE..... *kidding*....
I've never seen a slump like this, i'm averaging around 3c less per click (last ~1w) - but my traffic & the quality of the traffic is up+, additionally the ads CTR is down, combined with less per click, it's a big impact.
I gained thousands of visitors a day and my earnings went down still. So i don't really believe those "get more traffic" advices. My earnings went 50% down. Really bad, will this pick up again?
my earnings actually increased by 80% across all sites starting the other day. I just moved one of my ads above the fold and now it's getting .20cents/click on average, which is good compared to my previous 0.02 cent clicks... with my 70k uniques/day i should be earning at least $500/day instead of $250 from 7k clicks/day.
