When I first used adsense, no ads were visible on my pc, but on other PC's. I found out it was due to my windows host file (guess it got corrupted), I had to learn how to edit them to remove or add (can't remember) certain comments/lines in the file. Check online about editing windows host files for google ads- might help...

Were you changing any other ads around or doing anything else with IFRAME's?

I've had temporary problems with ads (both AdSense & Amazon) not appearing properly when I've made a lot of changes on a page, especially when I also use an IFRAME or two for my own purposes. The web servers/browsers seem to get the IFRAME's confused for a while and deliver the content to the wrong IFRAME or not at all.

The problems clear up on their own soon enough.
