    Send in an Appeal, but chances are very very slim you'll get your account back. If its for click fraud you can say goodbye to your account. Move on, or make a new adsense account under a family/new I.P/Business.

    Adsense is pretty useless in my opinion. You can try appealing, but that most likely wont work. I wish you luck though.
