1. Did you add or remove any content or pages with AdSense? 2. Have you had a large increase in non-U.S. visitors, or a decrease in U.S. visitors? 3. Has your traffic been disproportionately busy on pages that were not as commonly visited last month? 4. Do you mean that it dropped down to a few cents per click (like $0.03) or that it dropped by a few cents? If it dropped from $0.06 to $0.03, or $0.30 to $0.27, for the last two weeks that isn't really cause for concern. If it dropped from $0.30 to $0.03 that's different (but still see #5 below). 5. Are you getting at least a couple hundred clicks per day? If you're only getting ten or twenty clicks per day, it's too early to tell whether minor or mid-level differences are actually reflecting real changes in the quality of your returns from AdSense. A few low-value or invalid clicks can make your CPC appear quite low if you have low click volume. Then you get a $2.80 click and everything suddenly looks "normal" again.
Do you have a youth oriented site? Websites that have a high percentage of youth visitors do bett in the summer, and earnings drop off during the school year. Just one of many reasons why earnings can drop this time of year.
I am also noticing the same. CPC is 2 cents now. Last month it was used to be around $0.07 on average.
Hi all Thanks for your feedback, my earning drop from about USD 0.40 per click to few cents per click since last month. My content of my website is still same and the traffic also not much different. The different was my Google PR drop from PR4 to PR 3 recently, will it related to my earning?
get quality traffic. my earnings are 0$ one day and 1$ the other. Ignore the earnings for now, add content and build traffic.
my earnings dive this month too. ctr decrease. lets just stay positive and keep the link building going.
