    not really, if it was high clicks and low payment maybe (depending on niche) but 1000 views (thats views not clicks) per day is not a lot, and could be ad placement, colors, content on site.

    More traffic is not necessarily going to change the problem. I earn decent money from adsense and I have been smatpriced before. I have had clicks average around $1 per click and then all of the sudden get smartpriced and the clicks fall down to as low as .20. Smartpricing is usually a result of low conversion rates so you may want to have a look at the niche or the quality of traffic you are sending.

    I think you are getting really low-paying clicks, you need to optimize your site for your keyword better.

    My earnings dropped to almost half in February. Total clicked almost the same as January but the earnings way below average. I guess the economy isn't really recovering as not many people willing to spend on advertising. I'm planning on creating new blogs now. As for thread starter, try experimenting with placement @ create new blogs with different niches.
