My earning was normally $3 - $4 / day. But this week ( about one week) it dropped down to $1 / day with same amount of clicks and impressions. CPC is decreased. What actually happened? Some one can help?
How about you wait for another couple weeks and evaluate the average? You can then conclude better(whatever it is).
mine too. i'm seeing horrible rates of only 1 cent to 1.5 cent per click after July 2nd. usually for my lame niche, i get around 3 to 5 cents per click but this last week it's been lamer than lame.
Maybe your traffic as soon as they go on your site click of have you changed the template theme or anything else??
Someone else told me that their adsense has dropped quite a bit. Could it be the approach of another Pr update and backlink update and google doing its thing result in a temporary drop for many for adsense?
My adsense has seemed to pick up some if anything. CPC and CTR have both increased in July. If you have a very specific niche then maybe your advertisers didn't want to do a lot of ads over the 4th of July weekend. I hope it picks back up for you now that the holiday is past.
wait a minute....you are saying that you actually received a 1cent ($.01 - .015) per click. Oh that is so low. I have always wondered how much (%) google gives to its publishers. knowing this, it seems pretty low. i mean, from what i know, isn't it true that the minimum bid per keyword is $.05? so if this is true, and you are getting paid $.01 - .015, that would mean they are paying only 20% - 30%. which is really low. this is very sad. the webmasters does all the work and they only pay them 20%-30%?! is this about right?
What kind of sites you run - content rich or proxies, file hosting etc? Maybe you got smartpriced, if you run sites like proxy sites, file hosting sites etc
correct. my traffic has actually increased as one of my sites jumped in page rank from 140'ish to 22 over the last week. but the actual penny per click ratio has dropped. "smartpriced" as mentioned above seems to be the only logical explanation. oh well, so much for doing sites about something that you love.
