Why is it so high? Do you have like, zero content on your site? Just take the adsense code off of whatever page you're getting those results on maybe?

If you are talking about 3 impressions and 6 clicks, don't worry. If you are talking about 400 impressions and 800 clicks, worry.

I had over 100% CTR on 2 days when I checked back on my monthly stats. I informed Adsense support that something was wrong (possibly fraud clicks) and they should look into it and adjust the earnings for the days as they see fit.

I think that is the best way, to let them know of any unusual activity on your adsense account. You should keep your stand clear.

Suggesting you to Remove adsense code for 2-3 days from all your pages .. as i suffered with invalid cliks fraud earlier... google will not lisen to you if they will cancell your acount once.

Well I had a 1000% CTR scare one day. I e-mailed Adsense support and they said they will look into it. To date I haven't been banned and it seems as if their automatic fraud detection pretty much worked perfectly in that case. (No revenue was generated from the clicks).

As mentioned, if the numbers are very small, may be its okay. But I would suggest you to:
    1. Inform google ASAP. That must help you when you apply for reinstating the account.
    2. Remove ads from your pages, till you findout the reason for high CTR.

you better informed them asap rather than being quiet. google might think you are doing something to make the CTR that high, at least you are telling them you are aware of it and your not manipulating it.

Yea i have never got a very high CTR.
medic2424 CTR stands for Click Through Rate. It shows how many ads get clicked compared to the impressions

I think there's nothing really serious with CTR 200%.
Once I had 1 impression and 2 clicks. Kinda amazing :)
