my adsense ads placement

The placement is good but I would suggest to remove some of the other ads from sidebar as it looks bad.

The site looks good but try to remove some ads on your sidebar as what kotakmanoj also said.

 

make your add merges with your themes to make it more natural ...

 

it might be better if you change that large above. was it 900x60?
users use to click it if its text ads above as they assume its a navigation

 

LOL, users can see " ads by google " clearly, and many known sites put this ad format "Leaderboard (728 x 90)";
