he has not been banned yet so i guess rule #8 bolded below can just to tossed out the window as a worthless rule that really means it is tolerated

I was just teasing him anyway. I did find his comment somewhat amusing though.

As for the DP rules, like everything, they are open to interpretation. For example, I think you could have reported that PM to the mods for violating the rules. There was no reason for a public thread... other than to publicly alert DP about a particular member. In that sense, this thread by you is a personal attack on him, and could be reported. All in the eye of the viewer. Me, I don't really care, DP makes the rules.
