My Adsense account was banned. Can I create another?

I have been a seven year Adsense user without any problems. When my dad died, a family member came to my city and asked me about my site so I showed her. She said "hey if I click on those ads will that give you money?" I said "yes, but if you click them too many times you can get into trouble so no more than one click per day at most". However she is an idiot and clicked about 40 times and I got my account banned.

I tried the online appeal, wrote letters, and faxed Google but with no response, they ignore it all. I figured no problem, I would try other ad programs like Adbrite, Clicksor, etc. but they all pay pocket change whereas I was making $150 - $300 per month with Google Ads. Then I realized the importance of Adsense as a lot of sites I created were free for members and the money earned was from ad clicks. Now I no longer can do that so I am screwed when it comes to offering free sites/services.

So can I create a new Adsense account under another bank account, or will they detect my name or IP address and ban that new account too? I think it is pretty f'ed up that Google would ban someone who had no problems for over seven years forever over a person in another city clicking on an ad too much. At least a suspension or take away the money earned from those clicks, not a ban forever. I can see if I ran an illegal operation with people sitting in a room clicking ads and earning thousands of dollars, but all of this harsh penalty for $20 dollars in clicks? Anyway, if you know if I can use a different bank account and email if they would let me have another account that would be great.

 

google does not ban you if someone else clicking your ads too many times (otherwise everyone would be out of job with google), unless someone do it on YOUR pc in which case it will be considered you clicked on your own ads.
Now few questions:

- what was the time period between the invalid-clicks and the ban-action?
- how many sites you have, is the site also banned or only you?
- when was your appeal date ?

If you have another ssn or tax id you can use securely then you can create another account. Did you get any mails or responses to why Google shut down your account?

 

Well I can assure you that the clicks were not from my PC so perhaps Google decided to ban it anyway. The time period was around September. Not sure if the site is banned, I just receive a banned message when I try to login to my Adsense account. Any site sharing my pub ID displays an error in replace of the Adsense ad. I had about six sites using the ads. I cannot remember the appeal date. I know that they contacted me a week later after the banning and said that the appeal was rejected and that was the end of it.

 

as far as i know; google never tell you any specific reason as why your account has been disabled, they send a public general notice only.

 

I do not know many people with multiple SSNs lol. Hmm I wonder if I could use my tax ID. They only gave me a vague explanation that it was banned for invalid clicks and that was the end of it.

 

Well, you could borrow one from a family member ot create a LLC which would get you another tax id.

 

My dad was my only family member and he died so I am all alone. This Google incident makes me wonder if Google gets more power how many people will they screw over?

 

and this needs to be done on a different pc with providing different infos about address, phone#, ... etc and these are all will be verified by google again.

 

I ever saw the adsense account-making service.. they offer adsense account-making for ex banned with same data..

Dude just make a new account PROBLEM SOLVED.

Just setup a business and do it under a business name/bank acct. Thats all you need.

 

I dont think google will allow you to have a new account with same name but yes you can try with different name

 

no problem you can create anew account with your father or brother name

Contacting Google will be the solution to your problem.

 

Get new domain name write good content with high paying keywords and after you get good traffic for 6 months you get another adsense account ...

Go to your local government. Pay a small fee to register a business. As far as I know the fee can be anywhere from $50-$500. Then just signup on adsense with your business name.

You can. But it is more likely that Google will track it down. They will use your name, address, etc.. to see if it is the same person/company using Google Adsense.

 

but as i heard members have chance to get the account back by explain those invalid and continuous clicking.
if not then you have to create another one account with different name.
