Yes you can if you are not guilty means you have not done any click fraud or anything against google policies.

I give below a thread . it contains your answer. But I am not sure whether they would reinstate your account!?

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=23238

Even if they dont do not bother since there are multiple ways of making money on net. Try some alternatives if you are for PPC, like adbrite infolinks, chitika etc.

If you need big money try Clickbank login to clickbank forum and learn the basics. It may take time but it is worth trying.

But one word of caution. Honesty matters a lot everywhere. Many of us take it for granted .

They are going to reply "ask your question in the official Adsense forum".

What you need to do is take a hard look at your site's logs and see when and where the invalid clicks were made.

You need to consider whether you did anything to encourage invalid clicks
    - purchased traffic
    - had the ads formatted on your site to make it more likely people would accidentally click or ads that looked like site navigation
    - had a note on your website about earning money from clicks
    - mentioned your ads to "helpful" friends.

Once you've figured out the source of the invalid clicks and fixed the problem, then take one more look at your web site and make sure it's 100% in compliance with the Program Policies (no copied pictures or text or video, privacy policy in place, etc.)

Once you've done all that, you can then file an appeal with Google - there should be a link to the appeal form in the email Google sent you.

Remember you only get one appeal, and they are not going to approve it if you aren't clear as to how you will stop the invalid clicks or if your site is violating the rules.

$98.67! It is such a pity. It is said that the chances for reinstating an Adsense account is really slim. Anyway wish you luck.

Hi guys, I'm a newbie. Can I ask this question? What are considered invalid clicks? Are those repeated clicks made by the same ip?

It is reported that the same thing happened to a whole lot of adsense publishers. They all are 'Click frauds'... So are you a Click Exchanger? Have you joined any Click bug Programs?
If yes, you are eligible for your ban.
