This is often Google's polite way of telling you that the site sucks. It does. All the content I checked is copied from elsewhere and offers no value to the web.
I have to agree there. Your posts don't really add anything that I wouldn't expect to find on an official website. What's with the white background for the text From the site name I expected to find a fascinating insight into working for the Indian Civil Service. Perhaps if you added opinion and actual blog content you might fare better?
