It's not that easy... find a new PPC program.

No transfer of Adsense accounts are allowed by Google, unless the Adsense is registered under a company, and the company was sold to you. Another way and the only way is to appeal to Adsense asking why was your Adsense disabled and try to provide evidence that it is not done by you or try convincing them. Or you can just forget about them look for Adbrite etc

Sounds like you got click bombed. Check your logs for same ip address and submit proof to google. Other than that, there is no other way out.

But the same ip address will register. Hence, no chance of fooling google.

Best workaround is to send email to google explaining your situation

An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as you have not yet completed an application.

    Apply for an AdSense account.
    Go to AdWords home.

There is not much you can do. It is rare that Google closes an account for no reason. As someone said, check you traffic logs see if you got a lot of hits from one IP. Maybe you can go to adsense help and send a form with that proof but it is rare that once banned you will get unbanned. Better to look for the future and try another ad provider and make sure you read the terms carefully.

However, I am of the belief that you knew what you did wrong or else you would not be trying to break the rules again by obtaining another account. No matter how smart you are, Google is smarter and it is rare to put a fast one past them. Learn from your mistakes and move on.

I think your account is banned, not disabled and thats what they do for fraud click I don't think you can get your AdSense account again or even if you make new account they will ban you if they finds out. Best option is move to another PPC network and stick with search engine traffic.

you better search another PPC program as there is nothing you can do. Creating another account is another violation of TOS.
