my adsense account disabled. i can open a new account for new domain?

    You even need to have a dynamic ip address. Your account was banned from ip address which you were using. You need to use different ip address and new name to open that account.

    I had my account banned earlier this year for traffic violations (Twitter traffic). Unfortunately, it IS for life so you have to piggyback on someone else's info to create a new one.
