There are two sides to this and I for one have conflicting views. 1. Really excellent that google ban people for putting ads in emails, sending any email that IS commercial but is NOT 200%-verified double-opt-in absolutely specifically user requested. 2. Really really crap that google ban people without saying why. They don't need to discuss it but just say why. When webmaster has done anything that breaks tos especially related to email, quite justified to ban. Just saying why would remove the impression that I have that sometimes google will get this wrong and steal earned funds from the innocent simply because they are big enough to get away with it. That pretty closely defines a bully and that's an ugly thing to be. All IMO of course.
Ads. were not placed in emails. Please read entire thread before you post anything. My website url was placed in emails, just like email marketing of products. And in the emails we never asked people to click on our url nor to click on our ads.
Your problem can probably be remedied. Simply start up another Google Adwords account with a different EMail address. I have seen this work in the past. Same url, same site. This was two years ago, so it may not work now, but its worth a punt.
In which case it sounds like google think you have been sending email marketing that they would define as spam. Since I agree with most all of the most rigourous definitions of when marketing email is unacceptable (and can be called spam as far as I'm concerned), in the abscence of any further information about who you were sending emails to, where you got the addys, how they agreed to receive your emails etc. I am inclined to suspect that you were sending emails that I would disagree with. Very happy for you to help your own case and make your criticism of google much more valid by providing all that information. If you are whiter than white indicating that google got in wrong in your case, this anti-google thread has much greater validity. I have had discussions here in the past where I note that the DP definition of what marketing emails are ok does not correspond with what I and most non-webmasters think. I'm sure some of the silent majority reading this are coming to a conclusion - assuming ... oh google banned someone sending some spam emails. I don't do that so no problem. Please correct us.
I also have a friend that got his account banned and didn't even know what rule he violated. That's kinda unfair =(
It may be possible someone made invalid clicks on your ads. Because it happened with my friend too. I think this action is irriversible.
If your account has banned . Might be some your mistake . Click yourself certainly ........ But now don't worry Google has changed his policy . Now your account cannot banned because when user click on add Google consider only first one click not 2nd click or again clicks etc
Its hard for me to earn that amount which is in your account too bad you get banned and lost that amount.
Well, there's nothing much that you can do if they've banned your account. If there's no reply to your appeal, I would let it go and work on another PPC program.
Even i do have adsense in my blog but i do not bother if they disable my account..but i would be very honest for them like not asking friends to click ads or any sort of activities...so if google finds something not good with your site..then they will ban you..you can't stop it...so you can try for another nework.....god bless.
