well i never had violated their t.o.s, if had done unknowingly then they should then they should have atleast informed me or should have banned my account much earlier. Its a fact that they banned my account on the date of issuing cheque.
Do you realy think they would contact you and saying you was a bad boy now don't do it again. Give me a break you violated the tOS at some point thats it move on.
I am very sorry for your adsense account ban. if they do not allow ad in emails. Then what about those websites who have their newsletters getting them some traffic.
I had filed an application with them on the day when i recd. their notification, but haven't heard back from them yet. I had surfed their forums and help center, and they tells that they replies to appeal within 48 hours, and its been six days since i filed an appeal. Should i approach them again??
Well matrix, google is really tough on thier rules on adsense. Once you're banned, you're banned. But I will advice that you email the google adsense team to plead your course, maybe they could reconsider. Nothing is impossible.
You will not be able to get the account back..HOWEVER-----You CAN create a new account if you are willing to toss your old URL and create a new one to submit. You can use a new name, ip address, phone, SSN, billing address, etc.

Visited a couple of sites in your signature.. You didn't added Privacy Policy... maybe that's the reason Isn't it against Adsense TOS.. to create multiple accounts..?
That's a lot of money in that account. If you are certain that you have done nothing against the TOS then really you should chase things up. google adsense will not disable an account without a good reason..but you can always apply for a new one.
this basically happened to me, I got the exact same text in an email, for doing nothing. stupid google.
