Your very wrong on this - I have brought a domain and the seller told me that it was banned from adsense and Google was very good in dealing with my request once I had the domain in my name!

http://mysiteranked.com/2010/01/how-to-get-unbanned-from-google-adsense/ this can help as well

Adsense's content policies say they don't allow hacking related content, and your site has the word hack, maybe related, don't you think?

This happened to me too. My wife then registered for an adsense account using her bank account. It was accepted and I put the new codes on my sites, after a few months, her account was banned too.

I have pretty much figured out what pissed them off and have long since corrected it and have emailed them countless times - to no avail. When they ban you - game over.

lol banned for no reason? People always say that, and then when they show their website, I can always pinpoint why they got banned. Adsense is not too happy about hacks.

Google are cleaning up anything that could damage customer relations.
That means that they do not like your website or its content, and that could damage
    relations with advertisers.

It was the same with Google Adwords.
Thousands of people, even some top Internet Marketers, were affected.
I was one of them.....the reason they gave then was that I had linked to a site or
landing page that was deemed inappropriate. Which one or when they did not say.
They also stated that any accounts I try to create in the future would NOT be accepted.

I did not even bother trying to get the account back.....

Move on and find other methods, preferably legit :)

Many EX publisher have tried appealing..Majority has failed...

Time to move on to other stuff...

Maybe if you morons read the adsense TOS before placing ads you wouldn't get banned for prohibited content. Gee, is offering downloads of bootleg copies of programs not allowed?

A blog that offers downloadable stuffs will easily get ban. Try to review again the google adsense TOS.

If you got banned then you probably couldnt get your account back unless you have solid evidence you didnt violate their TOS

    So you probably cant

Google doesn't disable accounts for "no reason".

You do realize that if google disables an account, the money earned by that publisher is returned to the advertisers, meaning Google also loses out. They don't collect any payment if you don't, so they would have nothing to gain by disabling an account without a good reason.

There are many reasons for "invalid clicks" - a click doesn't have to be made by the website owner to be consider invalid. Things link joining the wrong type of traffic promotions, the wrong type of links exchanges or joining click-rings can be grounds for this.

Register with Clicksor or Bidvertiser if you cannot get your account back, but with Clicksor they need original domain and large traffic.

The only problem is their income earnings will be much lesser than Adsense.

I have seen 'banned' Adsense user putting Bidvertiser ads on their page.

I think your website banned becos it is related to hacking, can the registering new domain name pointing to the old one will help ? after deleet the anti TOS content ?
