My Adsence account discontined after 1 week for using traffic exchanges

My account was discontinued. Filed an appeal and was denied. Denial was sent around 3AM, which gives me the inpression they don't even read the appeal and automatically respond with and auto-responder. Is there any way of getting my apeal re-read or approved?

Did you make significant change in your account before appealing, if not, it does not make sense that they will back you in this program.

Traffic Exchange is not allowed if you have an adsense set up on your website. It is on there TOS. The best thing that you can do will be creating a new Adsense account.

Most likely you won't be able to recover your account.

Use a family member's details to open a fresh new account.

There is no excuse for being ignorant of the TOS. I highly doubt they would accept you back.

Traffic exchange is against adsense TOS as they look on it as a way of inflating the costs to its advdetisers. Once you violate their TOS that tends to be it over. At least I have yet to hear about someone getting their account back so I don't fancy your chances. Sorry

in your appeal you should have told that you understand the problem and have now taken steps (you need to explain in details) to remove all traffic exchange.
Even so, not sure they bother with appeal everytime, I made the experience, having a site banned for false reason (for sure, I'm not supposing here) and made an appeal, received a shitty answer (really, it's also documented and i posted it online) I wrote again and this time no answer..
Oh well, they can ban all my sites this way, very easy..

You should pay attention to the TOS as well. They state you cannot reapply once banned

Wow. Sorry to hear about your loss. Try bidvertiser. I think they do not care about traffic exchange programs.

Learn from this. If you still want to play the Google game you'll need to open another account. All your details must be different - websites, address, etc. Otherwise choose a different business model.

Or open a brand new LLC and sleep good at nights.

And this time - read the TOC, it will happen again if you won't be cautious.
